Interior Fit Out & Office furniture refurbishment including a full tender process, risk & method statements and out of office hours works.

Neil Andrew was delighted to be given the opportunity to tender for a project at Fraser House in Ipswich which involved interior fit out work and the delivery and installation of office furniture.

The project was successfully awarded and given a 6 week timescale to complete the project before the building was officially opened - a challenge we knew we would achieve!

The fully project managed interior fit out with Concertus involved everything from selecting approved subcontractors to the completion of risk and method statements. Site meetings were arranged each week with all project managers and subcontractors present to ensure any problems or issues which arose were overcome to guarantee the timescale's were met.

In addition to the interior fit out service, office furniture was installed to main customer areas including; meeting rooms, office areas & breakout spaces. The furniture installation was completed over a weekend ready for the Monday morning opening.

Neil Andrew was delighted to of been involved in this contract in partnership with Concertus and is proud to of been involved in the opening of the first Youth Employment Centre in the UK.

This project was completed in a very tight time scale only by excellent Team work, it was a pleasure working with Neil Andrew.
